Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to assist the Management Team in driving the long-term strategy for our company and our broad range of clients. Your key responsibilities will be:


  • Strategic Planning and Project Management
  • Develop long-term marketing strategies for our client base
  • Implement and tailor marketing campaigns that support business goals for our clients
  • Support the Senior Management team in strategic development of IMS
  • Work with clients to establish strong storytelling tactics to measurably increase brand engagement
  • Work with our other teams to support website development and marketing programmes
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Budget proposal for paid spending and advertising campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought perspective for adoption where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of solid experience in marketing functions within a large (e.g. international) company
  • Experience in branding and strategy necessary. Some exposure to digital marketing (e.g. working with CRM systems, social media strategy, data analytics etc.) a big plus
  • Understanding of trends shaping marketing trends specific to Hong Kong and Mainland China
  • Innate sense of creativity as well as practical understanding of data-driven marketing
  • Candidates should have meticulous attention to detail and be rigorous in their work, as well as have excellent interpersonal skills and experience dealing directly with clients. Flexibility and adaptability are important personality traits, as are excellent communication skills
  • Must be a self-starter and value continuous learning and development
  • Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and fluency in English
