Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description:

  • Assist/ Participate in planning, organizing promotion events for our client organizations
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain social media presence for a number of client brands
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought perspective for adoption where appropriate

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree holder in business, marketing, e-commerce or related fields
  • At least 3 years’ experience in both digital & traditional marketing
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Salesforce platform experience is a definite asset
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Familiar with Social Media Analytics tools, website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Alexa)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with attention to detail
  • Adaptive to changes and be able to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Cantonese (fluency in both is a plus)

Video Editor/Producer

We are a fast-growing digital consultancy company with presence in France, Hong Kong, Japan and China. Our Hong Kong office is looking to recruit a talented Video Editor and Producer who will be able to bring a strong sense of vision and enthusiasm to the Digital Marketing department. This role will suit someone with a first proven experience in video editing who would like to take on more responsibilities in conceptual development and visualization. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and be committed to developing the creative strategy to align with broader Digital Marketing Projects for a diverse portfolio of clients (from finance to lifestyle brands).


  • Ability to bring creative vision to video and photography productions across various projects for diverse clients
  • Ability to provide creative input and support the marketing department’s strategy for individual clients
  • Ability to manage and create after effects
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
  • Able to tag video content with editorially relevant metadata
  • Select, edit and publish images to promote video clips
  • Drive and willingness to learn new systems, platforms and tools as marketing department expands
  • Support other activities of the marketing department where necessary

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Video Editor/Producer
  • Degree holder or post-secondary education in related field
  • Proven experience with the methods, tools, and techniques used with shooting videos and photography
  • Proven experience with after effects (and animations)
  • Proven experience with video editing systems and related equipment (e.g. AE, Premiere, Audition, Photoshop/Illustrator)
  • Knowledge of Vidyard/Camtasia a definite plus
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in digital media and brand storytelling
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Cantonese (fluency in both is a plus)
